Distinguished doctors from the EU provide the controlled service and activity.  PRMEDS is a medium for this service that works to bring patients with the prescriber and the dispensing pharmacy together. Medical consultations are taken care of by doctors that are registered with the EU and as such, all consultations are designed to the doctor’s specifications and criteria. If more information is required, phone calls will be made by these medical professionals.

Delivery Services

Merchandise is delivered on behalf of and at the risk of the buyer. PRMEDS take no accountability for obedience with importation legislation and protocols of the country of the terminus. This last responsibility is for you, the client. You also officially consent to hold PRMEDS free from any lawful action which might be brought against you in case of non-compliance with legislation and importation laws of the country of the terminus. These shipments, which are all couriered by a registered mail service need to either be signed by you or by someone who is fully authorized to sign for you and is over 18 years of age. PRMEDS is not answerable for losses, errors with deliveries, or product harm caused by inadequate treatment of the shipping agent. Upon the delivery of products by a pharmacy, European law dictates that these products may not be returned to the pharmacy. Therefore, any annulments or changes of or to orders once they have been shipped will not be accepted.

Pharmacy and Product Services
